Two main problems of increasing of oil energy use in Indonesia are the availabelity of oil resource and the environmental impacts of its use. Energy conservation is the most effective way to cope with these problems simultaneously. As most of iol products is consumed by transportation sector and most energy consumption in the transportation sector is used by road transport, energy conservation will be more effective to be implemented in the road transport.
