The term of “Power Quality ” composed of quality of voltage, current and frequency of power network. Since the current is depending on load, power quality also depends on consumer’s load. Any deviation from nominal value out of tolerance called “power disturbance”. Detailed of disturbance has specific name, value, measurement method, calculation and tolerance, which should recognized to manufacturer, user and designer (or simply called electrical community). This paper will describe the perceptions of term and definition, parameter should be measured, imitation of tolerances of parameters, from PLN point of view. (Edy Iskanto - PLN Litbang)
