Government, particularly at provincial and district level, is largely about the delivery of services to the citizens. These services include approval to develop land and erect buildings, education and training, health services, licences for trading and entertainment, collection of taxes and fees for these services. Government also provides information such as permitted land use, property ownership and valuation, company ownership, etc. The Internet has launched a revolution in the provision of services and information.
