Fabrication of flange window foff latex industry electron beam machine has been done. VWndowof Electron Beam Machine has function to pass through electron beam from the machine to the atmosphere. Since the inner of the machine is in a high vacuum condition, the window has to hold the atmospheric pressure and pass through electron beam with a little hindrance, so the energy lost can be minimized. Because of the window function, the flange is needed to stack on in the scanning construction. Besides that, the flenge has function as a holder so that the window is able to hold the atmosphere pressure. For this purpose, fabrication of flange will be done to fit on the window in the scanning hom. The type of flange to be made is intermediation flange. The flange is made of stainless steel with 12 mm of thickness, 200 mm of width, and 700 mm of length. The fabrication is done in the Electromechanical Utility with the existing machine and equipment tools.
