Production process technology of iodine are three steps process. These steps process are isolation, pre-concentration and purification process. The most important step process in producing iodine is the isolation process with oxidation reaction using oxidizing agents. The yield of iodine production depends on this process. This paper describes the use of Hydrogen Peroxide as an alternative oxidizing agent in producing iodine.
