E-leaning is time and cost effective. It offers more accessibility to the instructor and more flexibility for the student. This paper analyzes the impact of technology on e-learning and its challenges, both at micro and macro level, faced by its stakeholders—institutions, IT specialists, teachers and learners. And discusses the relevance of the changes against the context of time and space, and the concerns that have emerged in consequence.
