In accordance with the revised Atomic Energy Law, we drew up the manufacture permit criteria (draft) of major safety-related components for nuclear power plant. The principal permit criteria which are prescribed in Atomic Energy Law are as follows: 1) The manufacturer should have the technical capabilities for manufacturing nuclear components. 2) The manufacturer should establish the quality assurance program which is adopted the requirements for quality assurance provided by the Minister of Science and Technology.
